About the Collection

This collection of articles “Empowering ePortfolio Process” is the final publication created in the Empowering Eportfolio Process EEP project, funded by the European Union Erasmus+ programme. It concludes all the findings from different aspects of ePortfolio: how they are used by students and what are the benefits for them, how do teachers guide and organize the educational process around them, and how do employers value them in their recruitment and human resource management processes. In this collection, there are also some articles from writers outside the project consortium, who are developing ePortfolios in their work context. These articles compliment the findings of EEP project and provide additional perspective on ePortfolios.

The editors of the collection are Principal Lecturer Irma Kunnari and Education Development Specialist Marja Laurikainen from HAMK School of Professional Teacher Education.
